Stretched and Uncomfortable
Lately, I have entered a new state of mind. Forty years in the business and feeling very secure and comfortable, I embarked on a new certification program. It is being incorporated into my Pinnacle Path coaching program with remarkable results. For the first time, since starting my consulting/coaching practice, I am becoming so busy that I might actually need to turn clients away! At least, slow down the acquisition process. It is wonderful to be in demand and to have a program that is universally accepted. (Would you like to know more about it? It can be yours for the asking!)
This has not come without a price, however. Certainly there is a monetary cost but in addition, there is a mental price. That aspect is what has pulled me out of my comfort zone. I have new material, a new process, and new people to interact with. The result of this stretching and discomfort is the realization and actuality of a major change in the way I approach clients and the new programs being used. Change is stimulating and keeps one alive and engaged. The slight but temporary discomfort is part of the learning process and the results are extraordinary.
I encourage you to embrace change, to challenge yourself, and to thereby grow. The result of growth is increased self-esteem and prosperity. Take up the challenge! Contact me if you would like information about my new coaching program. Next week, I will introduce part of the new process. Please stay tuned
