Movement
Movement is a key concept in success. It has been said that success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal. But, mere action and motion alone will not necessarily lead to success.
To achieve success, based on the above definition, the first thing to do is STOP. Stop and become aware of what you are currently experiencing. Become conscious of where you are and what result your current approach is producing. What results are you attempting to produce? What choices, actions, and behaviors are required to permit you to make those results a reality?
You must become very clear about your purpose. Then ask yourself, why is it your primary objective. Once you have clarity of purpose, the next step is to choose to take action. You must be purposeful about your intentions. Mere busy action vs. designed intentional actions or behaviors, will not advance you toward your goal. All success and progress is the result of the choices you make and the actions you take. Choose to get up and get going—go out and make something happen. Movement is the opposite of inertia, but movement with purpose and intention is the key to success.
It seems so simple and easy, doesn’t it? But few people seem to take the time for the above exercise. After all, they are too busy! Are you merely busy or are you progressing toward your chosen goal?
Now, what are you waiting for?
